Employee Referral Policy

PURPOSE Encourages employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, rewarding successful referrals while building our team. 2. ELIGIBILITY All permanent employees may refer, except: • Hiring managers for roles in their team • HR and recruitment team members • Employees involved in the selection process • Interns, contractors, and temporary employees 3. REFERRAL PROCESS 1. Check open positions on internal job board ([URL]). 2. Submit candidate's resume and why they're a good fit via [HR email / portal]. 3. Candidate applies through standard process, noting the referral. 4. If hired and they complete probation ([Number] months), referrer gets the reward. 4. REWARD AMOUNTS (paid after probation) • [Category 1 — e.g., Engineering]: [Amount] • [Category 2 — e.g., Sales]: [Amount] • [Category 3 — e.g., Operations]: [Amount] • [Category 4 — e.g., Executive]: [Amount] Company may adjust amounts based on role difficulty and market conditions. 5.
