Set up in 5 steps
Create your account
Sign up for a free trial or book a demo. You'll get a workspace URL and admin credentials to log into your SignHR instance.
Set up your organisation
Add your company details, configure departments and locations, define roles and permissions, and customise leave policies to match your rules.
Add employees
Import employees individually or in bulk via CSV. Each employee gets a self-service portal to view payslips, apply for leave, and update their profile.
Configure workflows
Set up approval chains for leave, expense, and overtime requests. Notifications route automatically to the right approvers based on your org structure.
Run your first payroll
Configure salary structures, add earnings and deductions, review the payroll summary, and generate payslips — all in a few clicks.
