About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven individual to work directly with the Founder in executing high-impact business initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain first-hand exposure to building and scaling a technology company.
As a Founder's Office Associate, you won't simply support daily operations—you will help drive them. You'll be involved in strategic planning, business development, client interactions, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination. Every day will be different, and you'll have the opportunity to influence key business decisions while learning directly from the founder.

Key Responsibilities
Founder's Office
Work directly with the Founder on strategic business initiatives.
Own and execute special projects from ideation through completion.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of priorities.
Prepare business presentations, proposals, reports, and documentation.
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
Analyze business opportunities and provide actionable insights.
Track business KPIs and prepare regular progress reports.
Attend meetings, document discussions, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Improve internal processes and identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
Support hiring, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives as required.
Act as an extension of the Founder by driving execution across multiple business functions.
Business Development
Identify and research potential clients across various industries.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients and partners.
Prepare commercial proposals and project estimates.
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information.
Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements before proposal submission.
Assist in negotiations and support deal closures.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Operations, Sales, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
Experience in an IT services, SaaS, startup, or technology company is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and presentation software.
Understanding of software development services is an advantage.
