Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably part-time or flexible scheduling
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
