We are seeking a part-time HR professional to manage key human resources functions and support our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for part-time and full-time staff

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws

  • Handle employee relations inquiries and resolve conflicts

  • Coordinate training and development programs

  • Administer payroll and benefits for part-time employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably part-time or flexible scheduling

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
